Sleeping in until noon comfortably and alone
A chiropractor appointment so my back doesn’t hurt all the time
A date with my husband because I miss it being the two of us
A hair appointment, I’m a hair stylist and haven’t had one in over 2 years
A therapy session because I dont want to feel broken anymore
A birth truama therapy course because I want to stop crying so much
Someone to process my birth Story so I can get all the feelings out
More sleep, but I think I already said that
Diapers and wipes because they are so expensive and so nessasary and I really tried to make a list just for me but one thing for the baby slipped in
And lastly a long bath with a glass of wine
Because I need to relax
Treat this like a grocery list for a postpartum mother because we all deserve this
