The Essence Of Who I Am

I went to the grocery store today

As unconventional therapy

I wish I had realized sooner that I needed to also take care of me

Or I would lose all my sanity

Silvia plath was only really famous for killing her family

So I take myself on dates and buy myself coffee

I journal my thoughts and let God respond back to me

And lastly I save up for therapy
